Theory Test Finder Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions
To participate in the Theory Test Finder affiliate program, you must be at least 18 years old. By joining the program, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your username and password, and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
As an affiliate, you will receive a unique referral link or URL to promote our website and products. You may use this link in various forms of online marketing, including websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns. You are prohibited from using your referral link in any form of unsolicited communication, such as spam.
You will earn a commission for each successful referral that results in a completed purchase or sign-up. The commission rate is 30%. Commissions are paid out instantly once the referred visitor completes the necessary action.
Payouts will be made via the payment method specified during your registration. Theory Test Finder reserves the right to change the payout method with prior notice.

Theory Test Finder reserves the right to terminate your affiliate account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to, violation of these terms and conditions or any applicable law. Upon termination, you will forfeit any unpaid commissions.
Theory Test Finder reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. You will be notified of any changes via email or through the affiliate portal. Continued participation in the program following any such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
Theory Test Finder will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the affiliate program, including but not limited to, loss of revenue or profits.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
